These Terms govern access to DrawFormula. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age and requirements for lottery participation in your location. You are responsible for following applicable laws.
Statistical information—not predictions
DrawFormula organizes historical lottery information into statistical and visual analysis. Lottery drawings are random. DrawFormula does not predict, guarantee or promise winning numbers, prizes, financial returns or improved odds.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, automate access to or misuse your account. We may pause or disable accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats or violations of these Terms.
Plans and subscriptions
Free, Basic and Full plans provide different tool access. Available features may change as DrawFormula improves. Until online payments are enabled, upgrade requests are reviewed and managed by DrawFormula. When paid checkout becomes available, the price, renewal timing and payment terms shown at checkout will apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation through My Account or support. Cancellation normally stops future access or renewal; it does not erase prior account activity immediately. Any refund eligibility for a paid purchase will follow the refund terms displayed at checkout and applicable law. DrawFormula does not currently collect subscription payments through this website.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected data, reverse engineer security controls, use the service unlawfully, or present DrawFormula analysis as guaranteed financial or lottery advice.
Ownership
DrawFormula’s software, design, analysis presentation, branding and original content belong to DrawFormula or its licensors. Your account provides limited personal access and does not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but data feeds, internet services and software may be delayed or unavailable. We may correct data, change features, conduct maintenance or discontinue parts of the service.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, DrawFormula is provided “as is” without warranties of lottery success. DrawFormula is not responsible for lottery purchases, gambling losses, missed prizes, reliance on analysis, or indirect or consequential losses.
