DrawFormula respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name and email address.
- A securely hashed version of your password. We do not store your readable password.
- Your subscription plan, account status, verification status and login timestamps.
- Your optional choice to receive DrawFormula updates and analysis tips.
- Messages, support requests and upgrade requests you send us.
- Basic security and server-log information, which may include IP address, browser and device information.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide analysis tools, manage subscriptions, send verification and password-reset messages, answer support requests, maintain service security and improve DrawFormula. Promotional messages are separate from necessary account and security emails.
Cookies
DrawFormula uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and protect account actions. These cookies are necessary for the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security and—when enabled—payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
We retain account information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and operational purposes. We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted website connections and limited data collection, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete your account information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing support@drawformula.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Necessary service and security messages are not promotional marketing.
Age requirement
DrawFormula is intended for adults who may legally participate in lottery games in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children.
